Welcome to HR Indiana SHRM, a state affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

HR Indiana SHRM consists of 15 chapters in the State of Indiana. The board of directors consists presidents of all the chapters plus various chapter leadership chairs.

We meet 5 times a year to discuss how we can further the HR profession in Indiana and serve our members effectively.

One of the ways we serve our members is our HR Indiana Annual Conference. Last year we had 1800 attendees and we are one of the top 3 regional HR conferences in the United States.
