Is this just a fancy name for the same old Exhibit Hall?
While this is where a limited number of vendors will have exhibit booths, the HR Solutions Center is an all new immersive HR experience, carefully crafted to provide depth and quality to the overall Conference experience.
The new concept connects the dots from speaker topics to Collaboration Circle discussions, sponsored by Paylocity, and into the HR Solutions Center where attendees can have meaningful engagement with vendors providing custom solutions to your HR needs.
What is the difference between the traditional Exhibit Hall and the HR Solutions Center?
We have dedicated a hall in the JW Marriott for our HR Solutions Center vendors. Continuing cautions around COVID and appropriate social distancing means a smaller number of vendors selected to exhibit in a more intentional way. Opportunities will be limited in an effort to create a quality experience for our attendees and vendors while also accommodating social distancing practices.
We also have four rooms in the JW Marriott dedicated to Collaboration Circles that will provide a few dozen opportunities to join round table discussions. These collaboration circles will have limited seating, targeted topics recommended by our attendees, and trained facilitators (not sales people) who will ensure the conversations keep moving and information of value is exchanged among participants.
How are the Collaboration Circle topics selected?
Collaboration Circle topics will be culled through the input of our attendees, discussion among committee networks and in connection with the speaker selection committee to create a common thread through conference programming. Do you have topic ideas? Send them to email@example.com
Location, location, location…
Good news! Conference attendees will no longer need to take that long walk to the Convention Center to visit our vendors. The HR Solutions Center and all Collaboration Circles will take place at the JW Marriott.
No more running to the convention center for lunch. Lunch service will also move to the JW Marriott in the Grand Ballroom where Keynote presentations take place.

These round table sessions are dedicated to specific and current HR hot topics. Grab a seat at the table to engage with your HR peers to share, learn and network about current trends, solutions and best practices.
Topics and schedules for the Collaboration Circles will be published prior to the conference so you can plan your conference experience. These seats will be first come first served so plan accordingly, there will be no registration process.
Seating will be limited in an effort to create a more collaborative and interactive conversation.
