HR Assistant (SaaS, Marketing Automation)


  • Perform HRIS data entry in both local and global systems
  • Maintain confidential personnel files
  • Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assists with new-employee onboarding
  • Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status
  • Assist in responding to unemployment claims
  • Maintain organizational charts
  • Work together with HR Manager to ensure compliance to local labor laws
  • Assist with off-boarding process
  • Address employee questions regarding payroll, time off, and benefit questions


  • 1-4 years of experience working in an HR environment
  • Strong excel skills are key, and you ideally have experience of working with HR systems.
  • Detail oriented with strong affinity for numbers.
  • Discretion, diplomacy and a flexible attitude are also important along with the ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
  • Good understanding of employment law is a plus.
