Provide coaching and counsel to managers on employee relations issues
Manage the day to day activities of the HR Staff
Oversee recruiting, onboarding and training functions
Manage LOA’s: FMLA, Workers’ Compensation
Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
Interpret and administer company policies
Provide Manager Training: Interviewing Skills, Performance Reviews, Conflict Resolution, Leadership Skills/Style, Coaching/Counseling/Discipline, and Sexual Harassment
