Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and counsel to managers on employee relations issues
- Manage the day to day activities of the HR Staff
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding and training functions
- Manage LOA’s: FMLA, Workers’ Compensation
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
- Interpret and administer company policies
- Provide Manager Training: Interviewing Skills, Performance Reviews, Conflict Resolution, Leadership Skills/Style, Coaching/Counseling/Discipline, and Sexual Harassment
- Ensure Compliance: Employee Files, I-9’s, Labor Law Posters, OSHA 300 Reporting, EEO-1 Report, Vets 100 Report
- Other ad hoc duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive human resources experience
- HR Management experience required
- Excellent customer service approach
- Experience with HR Technology platforms a must, ADP Vantage Highly Preferred
- HR Certification highly preferred
- Knowledge and Federal and State employment laws
- High ability to manage/prioritize daily workload and project deliverables
- Sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong MS Office products experience
- Capable of maintaining confidential information
