Now leading her own firm Fleetwood Hession Consulting, she works with small to mid size organizations helping them tie their strategic narrative to their money making model to thrive and grow sustainably. She is also the founder of the Badass Womens Council with a podcast to share their learnings and practical advise for building a tribe.
