DEI Updates
As many of you are aware, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) have become hot topics in our field recently—so much so that it’s hard to escape the conversation. In case you’ve missed it, President Trump has enacted several Executive Orders pertaining to DEI, and just a few days ago, a federal district judge in Maryland issued a ruling that blocks some of these orders. This rapid evolution in policies underlines the importance of staying informed and engaged in these critical conversations.
