Well, the election is over. On SHRM’s Ask HR, Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, offers some advice on How to Manage Post-Election Office Tension.
The Four Main Points are: Acknowledge Reality, Encourage Cooling-Off Periods, Promote Respect and Empathy, and Foster a Culture of Inclusion & Diversity.
