Annual SHRM Member Audit
The annual SHRM audits are complete and the 3rd Quarter Membership results are in. Congratulations goes out to Evansville (up 59) and Northwest Indiana (up 20) for your tremendous growth over 2017! For the entire state we did see a small decrease in total SHRM membership with a loss of eight SHRM members. As a reminder our 2018 membership goal was set at 5%, we are currently at 4.28%. We will focus on our local chapter At-Large mailing during the 4th quarter. More details will follow.
National SHRM Volunteer Leader Summit
There will be LOTS of good information and best practice sharing during VLS in DC next month. If you are not attending that is okay, I will provide a recap of the Summit and share any tools/resources that are shared. Hope to see you there!
NEW! Membership Newsletter
HR Indiana has developed a Membership Newsletter that is targeted to go to all Indiana members. In order to ensure we accurate member information, please send your SHRM roster to me at bragsdale@meridiantitle.com. Also be on the lookout for additional information regarding Membership Spotlight articles. We want to showcase our members and will be asking each chapter to help in collecting some awesome stories from your members.
