Indiana State Council Named Top 10 SHRM Foundation Donor

Alexandria, VA –The Indiana State Council of SHRM was named a Top 10 Fundraising State Council for their outstanding support of the SHRM Foundation in 2015. State Council leaders will attend a luncheon in their honor during the SHRM Annual Conference & Exposition in Washington, DC this summer.

Desila Rosetti, Foundation Director for the state council states, “Our membership is committed to the advancement of the profession and professional and has always been generous with their giving. In addition, as a volunteer board with very busy careers, the members of the state council provide good stewardship to assure all activities from fundraising to educational offerings are high quality and a good value to those that are involved.”

In 2015,the Indiana State Council raised $13,255 for the SHRM Foundation. The state council encouraged giving from each member and held many activities including a silent auction using smart phones so that members could continue to monitor their items, book give away’s, 50/50’s and more! The state council’s efforts were led by Desila Rosetti, Foundation Director and President of Organizational Development Solutions, Inc.
