“Planning to Strategic Thinking – Understanding Your Logic”

Presented by William Gulley, Executive Director of Butler University Executive Education

Planning is critical to the success of every HR professional, yet the only constant is change. As leaders we need to get used to this fact. Whether your role is viewed as a cog in your organization, or as an impactful strategic partner, likely depends on how well you understand your internal logic and its impact on your thought processes. This session focuses on recognizing our own Dominant Logic and how to constantly challenge our own assumptions.
