Is SHRM Certification Still on Your 2023 Development Plan?

As we’ve made it half way through 2023 – have you evaluated how are you progressing on your personal and professional goals? Is obtaining your SHRM Certification still on your “to do” list? One of the ways we can continue our growth as HR professionals is with a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification.
The SHRM Certification holds many benefits. The SHRM Certification website lists the following, in part, for consideration:
- Enhance Your HR Expertise. HR professionals who earn the SHRM Certification report significantly higher levels of credibility as HR professionals.
- Increase Your Earning Potential. Those who earn the SHRM Certification report earning salaries 14%-15% higher than their peers.
- Advance Your HR Career – The majority of HR hiring managers list SHRM’s Certification as the preferred qualification.
- Demonstrate Your Commitment – SHRM Certified HR professionals reported significantly higher levels of career success.
The next exam window is December 1, 2023 – February 15, 2024 and the early bird exam applications are due on/before September 11, 2023.
